No. Bold Performance & Fitness provides health and wellness coaching, not medical care. We don't diagnose, treat, or prescribe. If you have an existing condition, you should be working with a licensed physician alongside coaching.
It's not required, but it helps. If you have recent labs from your doctor, bring them to your assessment call — it gives us a stronger baseline to work from.
It depends on your starting point and goal, but most clients see their first measurable shift within the first 4–6 weeks, with the protocol adjusting as you go.
Tell us during your assessment call. We'll work within guidance from your physician — coaching is built to support medical care, not replace it.
Coaching memberships are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and we don't issue partial refunds for time already paid. Need to reschedule a 1:1 call? Just give us at least 24 hours' notice. Gift cards are non-refundable but never expire and can be transferred to anyone you'd like.
